must breath;
without breath,
we may not

To breath, we must inhale and we must exhale.
Which is the true breath, the inhale or the exhale?
The question is wrong; one is not greater or more true than the other.
Each depends on the other.

Inhaling undoes exhaling.
Exhaling undoes inhaling.
Inhaling needs exhaling.
Exhaling needs inhaling.

To inhale, first exhale.
To exhale, first inhale.

Neither is sufficient.
Through both we are sustained.
